The workshop is inside Perpa Trade Center, B-Block, Floor 9, No. 1364, Şişli. English-speaking customers can bring a computer, laptop, MacBook, Surface or PlayStation for inspection. Diagnosis is free. Paid repair starts only after you approve the quote.
If you cannot visit Şişli, you can send the device by cargo from elsewhere in Turkey. For repaired devices, return shipping is covered by Mx Store. Unrepaired returns are billed to the sender.

Do you serve English-speaking customers in Istanbul?
Yes. Mx Store in Perpa, Şişli accepts walk-in and cargo jobs from expats, students, visitors and companies. You can request a quote by phone or WhatsApp.
Where is the workshop?
Perpa Trade Center, B-Block, Floor 9, No. 1364 (Red Courtyard), Şişli, Istanbul. Hours are Monday–Saturday, 10:00–20:00.
Do I need an appointment?
An appointment is not required. On busy days, a WhatsApp message with the model and fault helps us prepare.
Is diagnosis free?
Yes. Inspection and diagnosis are free. Paid repair starts only after you approve the quote.
Can I send a device from another district?
Yes. Istanbul customers can visit Şişli or ship the device. Cargo from other cities in Turkey is also accepted.
Which devices do you repair?
Computers, laptops, MacBooks, selected Microsoft Surface models and PlayStation consoles, including DualSense controllers.
