Mx Store’s workshop is in Perpa, Şişli. We serve English-speaking customers from across Istanbul who can visit the service center or send a device by cargo. This page does not create dozens of thin district copies in English.
Drop-off and collection happen at Perpa Trade Center, B-Block, Floor 9, No. 1364, Şişli. The area is practical if you are in Şişli, Mecidiyeköy, Beşiktaş or nearby districts on the European side.
If you live on the Asian side or further out, cargo is usually simpler than a long commute with a broken laptop.
Message WhatsApp with the device model and fault. If a visit makes sense, come during Monday–Saturday, 10:00–20:00. If not, we will explain how to pack and ship the unit.
