Opening the shell
Cover screws come off on an ESD-safe bench. Flex cables stay intact until they can be released safely.
Board and connections
Joystick path, USB-C, battery and flex joints are inspected under the microscope.
Identifying the part
Module, port, trigger or board path is confirmed, then a written price is sent for your approval.
Parts swap / micro-soldering

Which analog do we fit on PS5 controllers?
Analog drift is when your character runs, your aim slides or the menu cursor wanders without you touching the stick. The cause is usually wear on the friction carbon track inside the Alps potentiometer, dust, humidity and drops all speed that up. Raising the in-game deadzone hides the symptom and spoils your aim. It is not a fix.
An analog replacement is needed when the deviation repeats on the tester. Alps is the economical option closest to the factory feel. Hall Effect reads position magnetically and reduces friction wear. TMR suits players who want higher resolution. Which one fits depends on the state of the controller and how you play, and it is settled during diagnosis, no part is fitted without your approval.
After the new module goes in, the centre point, deadzone and axis symmetry are verified with a gamepad tester. Skip the calibration and you get the familiar complaint: "it is fixed, but it feels different." A broken flex cable can also look like drift, so we check the module first and the cable second. Charging, trigger and Bluetooth faults beyond stick drift can be planned into the same session.
Hall Effect and TMR are magnetic analogs, while classic Alps reads through a potentiometer. Because the magnetic solutions remove mechanical friction, they help lower the risk of drift. Poor fitting, flex damage or an impact can still produce new deviation, which is why we calibrate before handover.

Every job comes with a written 6-month parts and labour warranty. Cover applies to the repair you approved after the free diagnosis and to the part that was fitted, the period is stated on the handover form.

Can you fit Hall Effect analog?
Yes. A magnetic Hall Effect module lowers drift from carbon-track wear. It is 800 TL. We calibrate and test on a gamepad tester before handover.
What is TMR analog?
TMR (Tunnel Magnetoresistance) is a magnetic joystick module with finer resolution than classic Alps. We recommend it for precise aim. Price is 1,000 TL.
How long does PS5 controller repair take?
Analog jobs usually take 45 minutes to 1 hour, trigger or charge-port work 1–2 hours. Same-day handover is common when the part is in stock.
Is the repair warranted?
