How computer repair is done
Intake, free hardware checks, software checks, a written quote, approved repair, then stress tests and warranted handover. Laptops take longer to open, desktops are faster to reach. Nothing chargeable starts without approval.
Many “dead SSD” or “dead board” cases are cables, RAM or a charge IC. Systematic tests prevent unnecessary parts.
Computer will not power on
No lights often means the power rail, fans spinning with a black screen is often RAM, GPU or storage at POST. We meter current draw before any board swap.

Malware clean or format?

Board repair or a new laptop?
